Under the patronage of the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Professor Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Sliwa, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Riyadh Mubarak Abdullah, third-year students in the Department of Biological Sciences conducted a field experiment as part of the Environment and Pollution course in the university gardens.The experiment aimed to measure the level of microbial air pollution (fungi and bacteria) across several locations within the university by collecting air samples using specialized culture media, in preparation for laboratory analysis.This activity was carried out within the framework of the practical component of the lecture entitled “Microbial Air Pollution”, under the supervision of Assistant Lecturer Arafat Khalid Dhnoon, with the aim of enhancing the students’ applied and practical skills.
