In alignment with the fourth Sustainable Development Goal, which focuses on quality education, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Riyadh Mubarak Abdullah, the College announced a new research achievement. This achievement is represented by the participation of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Abbas Kadhem, in evaluating a scientific research paper for one of the reputable international journals indexed in Scopus and Clarivate, and ranked within the second quartile (Q2) in the field of Cybersecurity.
This participation serves as a clear indicator of the high academic standing of the College’s scientific staff, as the task of reviewing research papers for prestigious international journals is granted only to researchers with advanced competence and expertise in their respective fields.
In this context, the College expresses its sincere appreciation for this distinguished scholarly effort, which contributes to strengthening its research standing and reinforcing academic quality standards. It also affirms that such achievements constitute a fundamental support to the scientific mission and positively reflect on the level of education and research within the College.
