Under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Prof. Dr. Nash’at Mubarak Saliwa, the Directorate Affairs Department / Gardening and Afforestation Unit carried out an extensive tree-planting campaign in the university gardens on Thursday, 27 November 2025, with the aim of enhancing the campus environment and expanding green spaces within the university grounds.

The campaign saw the participation of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr. Riyadh Mubarak Abdullah, along with his administrative and academic assistants, in addition to several faculty members and staff of the college. They contributed to planting a variety of seasonal and perennial trees, emphasizing the importance of environmental preservation and supporting sustainability initiatives across the university.

This initiative comes as part of a series of activities aimed at improving the aesthetic appeal of the campus and creating a healthy and stimulating educational environment for students, reflecting the university’s ongoing commitment to developing its facilities and services.
