Documents and Certificates Unit

This unit is responsible for collecting, classifying, and storing documents and information both physically and electronically, and providing them to all relevant units and entities.
Unit Tasks:
• Issuing graduation documents with grades in both English and Arabic, issuing wall certificates, and providing endorsement letters to graduate students.
• Sending graduates’ documents for authentication at the University Presidency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon the graduate’s request after being certified by our college.
• Keeping a copy of the documents with and without grades, as well as the wall certificates issued by our college before delivering them to the graduate.
• Issuing electronic verification of endorsements, documents, and wall certificates approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research under the National Project for Eliminating Manual Authentication.
• Electronic archiving.
• Organizing the files of graduates for each batch.
