Vision:
To make the University of Hamdaniya distinguished by creative scientific research that seeks practical solutions to current societal problems, while also encouraging rigorous scientific publishing and advancing the scientific outcomes of the college departments. The unit also aims to proactively address potential future challenges and ensure the university plays an active role in the cultural and developmental progress of the region across various fields.
Mission:
To adopt prior planning, flexible organization, and accurate execution of the university’s scientific activities and outcomes in line with ministry regulations and standards, serving the public interest. The unit also strives to provide support for distinguished scientific outputs and to develop faculty members’ research capacities in ways that serve the college.
Objectives:
– Provide all necessary material and moral resources to enhance the overall research environment of the college, departments, and staff.
– Organize seminars, workshops, and scientific conferences in coordination with academic departments.
– Develop faculty skills through constructive training programs focused on scientific research and quality publishing.
– Foster collaboration between the college and other relevant colleges and universities to advance research and raise the college’s position in global rankings.
– Focus on promoting and marketing scientific output while encouraging researchers to increase their scientific contributions.
– Create a comprehensive database of research outputs across all academic departments.
