Mission:

To qualify university students by enhancing their scientific and practical abilities, supporting them through training and qualification programs, and working with both public and private sector companies to employ them.

Objectives:

• Support the small and medium-sized enterprises sector by localizing jobs and providing job opportunities for both male and female youth.
• Strengthen the principle of partnership between the university and both the public and private sectors to provide employment opportunities that meet market demands.
• Position the Employment Unit as a vital link between the university and the labor market.

Tasks:

• Prepare databases of students and graduates from scientific departments who are interested in joining qualification programs.
• Prepare and implement workshops and courses for the Qualification Unit.
• Communicate with organizations and institutions to connect with the labor market.
• Open channels and platforms for communication with both the public and private sectors.

 Guide of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit
 Holding Training Courses and Workshops
-Organizing more than (10) training workshops in the fields of developing personal skills, writing CVs, and professional employment skills.
 Implementing training programs in cooperation with college professors and labor market experts.
 Employment and Coordination with Labor Market Institutions
– Creating a database containing information on more than (100) workplaces in both the public and private sectors
– Communicating with companies, organizations, and employment institutions to provide job opportunities for graduates
 Graduate Follow-up
– Maintaining communication with graduates and tracking their employment status through an official electronic from prepared by the unit to receive job and training requests
 Internal Coordination
– Continuous coordination to implement the unit’s annual plan in cooperation with academic departments
– Submitting periodic reports to the dean of the college about graduate employment rates and levels of qualification and activation
 Community Service
– Participating in community service initiatives such as training students in digital skills and entrepreneurship
