Striving to provide appropriate mechanisms for offering psychological support, counseling, and educational guidance to college students, while working on developing their skills and abilities.
Objectives
.Communicate with students, listen to their academic problems and difficulties, and find effective ways to solve them
Clarify the rights and responsibilities of students, with emphasis on respecting the university campus, and on their relationships with teachers, colleagues, and college staff.
Help students deal appropriately with psychological, social, and behavioral problems.
Monitor underperforming students, identify the reasons behind it, and provide suitable solutions.
Develop students’ personal skills and abilities to achieve better results.
Encourage student participation in activities and events organized by the unit and promote involvement in volunteer work.
Organize awareness workshops and seminars.
