Employment, Staffing, and Retirement

The Employment, Staffing, and Retirement Division is responsible for all matters related to job grades and titles,
including amendments, creation, deletion, or transfer. It coordinates with the Ministry of Finance regarding the
approval of the university staffing structure and implements the necessary adjustments required for the college’s staff.
The division also communicates with the Ministry of Finance to request deletions and new positions for the promotions
of university employees and corresponds with the faculties and departments of the university to identify staffing needs.

Additionally, the division organizes retirement transactions for the college staff and sends them to the Retirement
Directorate. It is also responsible for maintaining the official university orders related to employees in their
personal files. The division prepares the annual leave registers for the college staff, completes retirement
transactions, and issues retirement service records for administrative purposes. Moreover, it organizes service
summaries for employees for various needs.
