Media and Public Relations

The Media Division seeks to build communication bridges with Iraqi and international universities and peer colleges by publishing the college’s news on the official website of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, which is linked to the University of Hamdaniya website. It also works on introducing Iraqi, Arab, and international media, as well as citizens and students, to the college’s activities, vision, mission, academic goals, and scientific outputs.

Its main duties include:

– Introducing the role and mission of the college and working to build a positive image of it among internal and external audiences.
– Publishing all news and announcements related to the college, and facilitating the work of journalists, media representatives, and officials in obtaining information about it.
– Engaging with the community and meeting its needs for accurate information and statistical facts.
– Communicating with the media to spread the college’s message and highlight its community services through organizing meetings and press conferences for its officials.
– Monitoring public opinion trends regarding the college’s activities and achievements.
– Media documentation of all college activities.
– Supporting colleges and departments in carrying out events and conferences.
– Receiving visitors to the college from various administrations and departments.
– Acting as a communication link between all administrations and departments.
– Preparing the college’s news and academic/media topics for publication on the website.
– Monitoring, recording, and documenting news published about the college.
– Preparing and coordinating public events and seminars approved by the college and supervising their implementation.
