Vision:
To elevate the university to a distinguished level among universities through the educational, cultural, and awareness services it provides, which will have a positive impact on society.
Mission:
To achieve the purpose of this unit, which is concerned with the citizens affiliated with the college or university (students, employees, and visitors). This unit is directly linked to the university presidency. Its work mechanism is based on a special form filled out by the unit’s head or the concerned person regarding any issue or misunderstanding that may occur (submitted by the applicant). Action is taken immediately after the request is submitted to the higher authority (Dean of the College), who then determines and directs the competent authority to resolve the issue.
Objectives:
The unit’s objectives are summarized in facilitating procedures and attempting to solve problems faced by employees and students alike, in order to achieve smooth and easy processing of routine and legal procedures without obstacles at all levels.
