This unit is considered one of the most important units, as it is responsible for monitoring the work of other units in addition to its main task, which is following up on unfinished documents and working to complete them as quickly as possible.
The Administrative Follow-up Unit is primarily linked to the University Presidency. It usually submits reports on the activities of other units when required, especially when the activities of a unit have not been delivered for certain reasons. The follow-up unit investigates the causes of delays, saving time and preventing confusion for the entities that depend on these units’ work.
Vision:
To ensure that the university’s structure develops to the point where the work of this unit becomes an established functional process, serving as supervision and follow-up for both the documents that drive the system and the units that handle them.
Mission:
Units under the supervision of this unit are required to coordinate continuously in order to achieve smooth, fast, and accurate workflows. This also saves time and clarifies the procedures in each unit and how tasks are completed. Any shortcomings in these units’ work directly affect the supervising unit, indirectly impact other units, and ultimately influence the university structure as a whole.
Objectives:
The objectives of this unit are similar to those of any other unit or division: achieving required tasks within the specified time and overcoming obstacles that may face this or related units. This is done through continuous monitoring, reporting issues to the concerned authorities, and working on solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations, all in the best interest of the university.
