Duties of the Office Manager:
Organizing and supervising office work and administrative activities.
Following up on incoming mail and ensuring prompt responses.
Organizing records of outgoing and incoming correspondence.
Implementing electronic archiving of documents.
Preparing administrative orders as requested by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs.
Organizing the attendance and departure schedules for the academic staff assigned to the office.
Following up and preparing electronic fingerprint attendance reports for employees.
