Under the patronage of the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Prof. Nash’at Mubarak Saliwa, the Department of Student Activities at the university organized the Volleyball Championship, in which the College of Education for Pure Sciences participated under the supervision of its Dean, Asst. Prof. Riyadh Mubarak Abdullah.

The final match was held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the court of Nineveh Plain University College. The match brought together the teams of the College of Education for Pure Sciences and the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, amid an atmosphere of remarkable competitiveness.

The match concluded with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences securing first place, while the College of Education for Pure Sciences achieved second place following a strong and commendable performance.

The match was attended by the President of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, Prof. Nash’at Mubarak Saliwa, and the President of Nineveh Plain University College, Prof. A’ed, in addition to the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences and several faculty members, in support of student activities and in promotion of the spirit of athletic competition among university students.
