Lecturer Dhafer Sabah Yassin, Assistant Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences at the University of Al-Hamdaniya, participated in the international symposium titled *”Reimagining Higher Education: Innovation, Inclusion, and Impact,”* held virtually with the participation of a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and thought leaders from various countries.During the symposium, Mr. Yassin presented a hybrid algorithm combining neural networks and deep learning techniques to detect cyberattacks in Internet of Things (IoT) systems. He highlighted the significance of such technologies in enhancing cybersecurity within modern digital environments.The symposium aimed to explore transformative practices in higher education and foster the exchange of expertise and perspectives among specialists—contributing to the development of educational policies and the enhancement of academic outcomes at both local and global levels.
