An administrative meeting was held at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Al-Hamdaniya, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Riyadh Mubarak Abdullah, Dean of the College. The meeting was attended by Lecturer Dhafer Sabah Yassin, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies, along with the platform coordinators for the Ministry of Higher Education’s digital systems, the Director of Human Resources, and the Director of Registration.The discussions focused on completing the requirements for entering employee and staff data into the Human Resources Management System, as well as entering student information into the Student Information System, ensuring data accuracy and ease of access.A clear action plan was developed to overcome any potential obstacles, and it was agreed that a follow-up meeting would be held with the heads of academic departments to finalize the process according to the established timelines.This meeting reflects the college administration’s commitment to modernizing its administrative systems and advancing digital transformation in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
